As long as I can remember, I have always become bored very quickly.
School was a nightmare for me. When I was 10 years old, I read Ville's biology textbook (some 1,300 pages in tiny print). And because I had a photographic memory back then, I was bored with this subject all the way through high school and halfway through university.
And that was how it was with everything. Many scientific and life-related topics became completely uninteresting to me as soon as I reached a certain depth of the subject, or when I could not see how something could genuinely help people compared to the resources invested. Eventually, I convinced myself — or rather, convinced myself of something that wasn't true — that I had to think and act differently: step by step, laboriously, so I could be like "everyone else".
In the end, I became an engineer and kept jumping from one thing to another at work, changing departments, projects and areas of expertise. The excitement of a new topic, absorbing knowledge like a sponge, followed by disappointment and boredom when I realised it was so simple, pointless or repetitive, and thinking: someone else can do it...

This notebook was given to me by my manager. She has a great sense of humour, a strong sense of dedication, and, at the same time, a healthy distance from corporate life. With this gift, I gave myself permission to stop taking work-related matters too seriously.
Until I discovered constellation work.
Here, every work is different! Every session is surprising and full of discovery. One approaches the client without concepts, without theories or assumptions. Without a strategy.
Only truth, presence and an open heart.
This work is not easy. It requires focus, responsibility and continuous self-development.
It is not an offering for everyone either, but for those who, guided by their intuition, find their way at exactly the right time — for them and for me.
This work has depth. And the results are worth the resources invested. Here, I don't have to adapt myself, struggle or flatten what I do. I don't compromise.
I simply am, in my full potential, with open heart and respect for each person's individual journey.
And my hungry mind is no longer an obstacle in the way. Instead, it helps me process and integrate the enormous amount of information — often non-verbal — that flows through this work.
