How I Work

What you can expect before you decide to book a session.

I have many principles and values that guide my life, and one of them is the value of personal experience. Everything I write about and teach, I have felt and experienced myself. I believe it is not possible to truly accompany another person on their path of transformation without one's own depth, without an integrated part of oneself that resonates with the client.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

I am not the right person for everyone, nor do I try to be. Fortunately, everyone who is willing can intuitively feel who is able to hold space for them and resonate with their vulnerable side.

I work with adults who are of sound mind and genuinely seek real change in their lives. I do not work with people who attend only out of curiosity or because of external pressure — for example, when a loved one insists that they participate.

Pace

The client is guided through the process at a pace that lets them stay in inner contact with their theme. This is not work where I tell you how to live — it's an opportunity to see yourself and your needs clearly, as part of a larger field.

After a session or workshop

Taking part in a session or workshop is a powerful energetic experience and, at times, an emotional one. It is important to allow yourself peace and space for integration during the days that follow — it's best not to plan large social events or concerts immediately afterwards.

Gentle bodywork, a bath with salt, good sleep, and time spent in nature are all beneficial. It is also advisable not to dwell on or talk about the experience for about a month, as this disperses the energy.
