A warm welcome to my website — a space where I share my thoughts on personal development in its broadest sense. Here you will gain insight into my personal experiences, learn how I work as a family constellations facilitator, and discover how I accompany people on their journey through life.
This is also a space where I share reflections and knowledge on subjects that are alive in me. I write articles because I feel creatively inspired, and writing brings me joy. You could say that I feel an inner calling which, if left unfulfilled, creates a sense of restlessness and the feeling that something is missing. If these texts help someone think, "I feel the same," "Oh, that's interesting," "I'll try that," or resonate in any other way, it will be the greatest reward.
I have many principles and values that guide my life, and one of them is the value of personal experience. Everything I write about, I have felt and experienced myself. I believe it is not possible to truly accompany another person on their path of transformation without one's own depth, without an integrated part of oneself that resonates with the client. Such a vulnerable part can reveal itself and truly transform only through experience.
Therefore, I am not the right person for everyone, nor do I try to be. Fortunately, everyone who is willing can intuitively feel who is able to hold space for them and resonate with their vulnerable side.
