hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Service Provider operates as a sole proprietorship in Denmark.

The Client is the person using the services provided by the Service Provider. By booking or purchasing a service, the Client accepts these Terms.

2. Services Offered

The Service Provider offers, in particular:

  • individual systemic / family constellation sessions,
  • workshops and courses related to systemic constellations,
  • courses and sessions on energy management,
  • services referred to as "energy cleansing",
  • other personal development, educational, and supportive services described on the website.

Detailed information about each service, such as its scope, duration, price, and location, is provided in the description of the relevant service or agreed individually with the Client.

Services may be provided individually or in groups, in person or online.

3. Nature of the Services

The services provided by the Service Provider are developmental, educational, reflective, and supportive in nature.

They are not medical services or a form of medical treatment. They do not involve diagnosing or treating illnesses and do not constitute psychotherapy or psychological or psychiatric diagnosis.

The Service Provider does not replace a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other qualified professional.

If the Client needs medical, psychological, or other specialist assistance, the Client should seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.

4. No Guarantee of a Specific Result

Each Client may experience the services offered differently, and the effects may vary depending on the individual's circumstances and level of involvement.

The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific result or particular change in the Client's personal, emotional, professional, financial, or health-related life.

Information about possible benefits or effects presented on the website, in informational materials, or during sessions is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of achieving a specific result.

The Client independently decides whether to use the services and what actions to take in connection with participation in sessions, workshops, or courses.

The services do not replace professional medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, or other specialist advice.

5. Booking Services

An individual session, workshop, or course can be booked through the contact form, by e-mail, by telephone, or by another method indicated by the Service Provider.

A booking is confirmed once the Client has received confirmation from the Service Provider and, where required, has made the payment.

The number of places available for workshops and courses may be limited.

Detailed information about the service, including the price, duration, location, and cancellation terms, is provided to the Client before the booking is made.

6. Prices and Payments

The prices of the services are stated in the current offer of the Service Provider.

The Client pays the price applicable at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated by the Service Provider.

If payment is not made within the agreed period, the Service Provider may cancel the booking.

If VAT (moms) is required to be added to the price under applicable law, this information will be provided for the relevant service.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Client

The Client may cancel or reschedule an individual session by contacting the Service Provider as soon as possible.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice, the Client may arrange a new date or receive a refund, in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.

If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before it is due to begin, or if the Client does not attend, the Service Provider may charge a fee for the reserved time or retain any payment already made.

Different cancellation terms may apply to individual workshops and courses. In such cases, these terms will be provided before the booking is made.

The above terms do not limit the Client's rights under applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If a Client who is a consumer enters into a distance contract, for example through the website, by e-mail, or by telephone, the Client may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

If the Client wishes the service to begin before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, the Client may be asked to give explicit consent to the service starting earlier.

If the service begins at the Client's explicit request before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the Client subsequently withdraws from the contract, the Client may be required to pay for the part of the service that has been provided up to the time of withdrawal.

If the service is fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may expire if the Client has previously consented to the service starting and has been informed of the consequences of full performance.

Different rules regarding the right of withdrawal may apply to workshops, courses, and events taking place on a specific date or within a specific period.

If the Client has a right of withdrawal, the Service Provider will provide the Client with the relevant information on how to exercise this right.

9. Cancellation of Services by the Service Provider

In exceptional circumstances, for example due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the Service Provider may cancel or reschedule a session, workshop, or course.

If a service is cancelled by the Service Provider, the Client may choose a new date or receive a refund of the amount paid for the service that was not provided.

The Service Provider does not reimburse additional costs incurred by the Client in connection with booking the service, such as travel or accommodation costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Participation in Sessions, Workshops, and Courses

Participants are asked to treat each other with respect and to follow the rules established during sessions, workshops, or courses.

Participation in all exercises and activities is voluntary. The Client may withdraw from an exercise at any time if they do not feel comfortable participating.

The Service Provider may refuse to continue providing the service or ask the Client to leave the session or activity if the Client's behaviour seriously disrupts the activity, violates the rights of other participants, or poses a risk to their safety.

11. Confidentiality

The Service Provider treats personal information provided by the Client in connection with the provision of services as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

In the case of group services, participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not to share with third parties personal information heard during the sessions or activities.

The Service Provider cannot guarantee that other participants will comply with confidentiality principles. The Client decides for themselves what information they wish to share with the group.

12. Materials and Copyright

Materials provided as part of courses, workshops, and other services, such as texts, presentations, recordings, exercises, and educational materials, may be protected by copyright.

The materials are intended for the Client's personal use.

Without the Service Provider's consent, the materials may not be copied, distributed, published, sold, or used to conduct the Client's own classes or commercial activities, to the extent protected by copyright law.

13. Liability

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the services with due care.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the Client's failure to achieve the expected result, as the effects of the services may vary between individuals and depend, among other things, on the Client's circumstances and involvement.

The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the Client in connection with participation in sessions, workshops, or courses.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Service Provider's liability to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

14. Complaints

If the Client has comments or a complaint regarding the provision of a service, the Client may contact the Service Provider at:

E-mail: joanna.radek@gmail.com

Where possible, a complaint should include a description of the issue and information that allows the relevant service to be identified.

The Service Provider will consider the complaint within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

15. Personal Data

Clients' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR and the data protection laws applicable in Denmark.

Detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Service Provider's website.

16. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms, in particular in the event of changes to applicable law, the scope of services offered, or the way the business operates.

Services booked before changes to these Terms come into effect will be subject to the Terms applicable at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The current version of the Terms is available on the Service Provider's website.

17. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and the contracts entered into with Clients are governed by Danish law, taking into account mandatory provisions protecting consumers.

Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights provided by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, the Service Provider and the Client will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

The Client retains any rights relating to out-of-court dispute resolution available under applicable law.

18. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are effective from 04/08/2026.
